What does "For Agents. By Agents." mean?

REO Maestro was designed by an REO agent who has over 20 years blended experience in both the corporate and agent sides of our industry.   Metrowest Real Estate Solutions still actively manages and markets REO properites in Denver, Colorado; the same location of REO Maestro corporate headquarters.

Complimenting this experience is a highly skilled team of developers, who during development, worked side by side this agent and her team to combine the business and workflow needs of an reo agent with the incredible and evolving technology of today (and tomorrow).

The synergy that results from this partnership is Maestro!  The relevance of "By Agents. For Agents." will be overwhelmingly evident the first time you logon.

Is REO Maestro right for me?

Are you an REO agent?  If yes, then Maestro is undoubtedly right for you.

But don't take our word for it, talk to your peers, REO Maestro is by and large the most commonly used agent software in our industry.

If the word of your peers is not enough to convince you, speak to your clients.  Lenders, servicers, and outsourcing companies absolutely find value in an agent who is more organized and who has a true workflow; and can electronically track every phase of the REO life cycle, documents and photos.

Don't be surprised to see your subscription to Maestro listed as a preferred choice of the clients with whom you register for REO business!

Are there hardware requirements?

Ever heard the claim "no hardware required"?  When you think about it, there is only one way to access software and the internet.... hardware.

Seriously, all software applications require hardware.  If a software provider is recommending minimal or no hardware requirements, they may not understand the nature of our business.

You know that as an REO Agent you will be working concurrently in multiple client portals, your mls systems, email, and Maestro!  With that in mind, you will need to equip yourself and your team with "business class hardware".

What is business class hardware?

·         Windows 2000, XP, or Vista operating system

·         At least 500MHz Intel Pentium II

·         Minimum RAM 1G for XP; Minimum RAM 4G for VISTA

·         Internet access DSL or T1

Is Maestro web based?
REO Maestro is so cutting edge!

We take offense to those who allege Maestro "is just a desktop software application".  But we're not surprised by this tactic... there is no legitimate way for a traditional web based application to compete with the performance, ease of access (inside or outside of your office), robust functionality, or professional look of Maestro.  True, you are required to load Maestro on your computers (home, work, and/or laptop) but with your internet connection you are 100% mobile!  Your team and property data are 100% networked.

You do not have to be a techie to understand web based applications will always be hindered, quite literally by the amount of code, graphics, processes, and data, that can be transmitted through your internet connection in an effort to effectively manage your REO.

Settle for nothing less.

What training should I expect?

First and foremost... at the heart of REO Maestro is an REO agent team.  Our agent team can provide hands on practical application advice and training.  Our developers will assist you with the technology aspects of implementation.

Here is just some of what we offer:

  • We offer a weekly FREE demo/training session, which you may attend as often as you like.
  • Users Guide that may be easily accessed while logged onto Maestro.
  • Free unlimited email support and a complete Knowledge Base of helpful articles.
  • We also have an online forum for agents to blog to one another or where we will post industry specific tips, complimented by helpful articles from our partners.
What about document and photo storage?

Maestro is so flexible in document storage! You get a choice... either store them on your own network or on the web.  Either way, dcouments and pictures are still seamlessly accessed from each property record in Maestro!  There are NO limits on the number of documents or photos you can save to each property.

Our industry is quickly migrating to a paperless environment.  And agents should be no less progressive.

… and of course Maestro automatically creates a filing system with each property and resizes your photos automatically!

When a property closes, can I still access the data and documents?

Of course, we understand the need to access property data and documents long after a property closes.  We also appreciate the importance of tracking your own performance based on this historical data.  Agents should never rely solely on client report cards that may have a skewed or an unknown formula for tracking performance.

Other software solutions have exceptionally high carrying costs because of the design of their document storage and will require you to archive everything before they stop charging you for that property.  With Maestro, the moment you move a property to closed or pulled status, you are no longer billed for that property... but again, can access your data, documents and photos.

And because we offer such great flexibility in the storage of your documents and photos, they are available until you choose to archive them!

Can I manage my property expenses in Maestro?

Maestro enables you to manage every aspect of your expenses from approval through expense recon reporting.

The best aspect is that Maestro offers a true QuickBooks integration; not a simple spreadsheet that you may not be able to import into QuickBooks.

REO Maestro Abacus will complete a thorough comparison and synchronization of your QuickBooks and expense detail in Maestro.  Once the comparison is complete, simply click to synch any new or changed expenses or reimbursements.

REO Maestro Abacus is a separate utility tool that can be easily deployed to your CPA or bookkeeper.  And they do not have to access Maestro to complete the synchronization.

What does Maestro cost?
 No costly set up fees!

Maestro has one fee schedule.  No complex tiered fee schedules.

We also do not believe in the bait and switch... or a special or discounted introductory price that become meaningless when the promotion is over.  We publish our fees as we feel engaging software that not only compliments your workflow and team, but also your budget, is imperative to your success.

Fees that are affordable and make sense!  You may add an unlimited amount of users.

Monthly Access Fee:

$49.99

Property Transaction Fee:

$ 2.00

Ability to control head count and proficiently manage your portfolio:

Priceless!

The property transaction fee is charged each month for the life of the property; from the time you set it up through the time the property is closed or pulled (or reassigned to another agent).  Once a property is moved to closed or pulled status you are no longer billed for it.

BPO Only or Valuation properties are FREE; however, these properties must be set up as Asset Type: Valuation.  If a valuation property later becomes a listing, simple convert it to an REO and retain all of your history, photos, and BPO!
