The property transaction fee is charged each month for the life of the property; from the time you set it up through the time the property is closed or pulled (or reassigned to another agent). Once a property is moved to closed or pulled status you are no longer billed for it.
BPO Only or Valuation properties are FREE; however, these properties must be set up as Asset Type: Valuation.
